We will be running a shuttle the between the hotels on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The DoubleTree room block is sold out. There are rooms available at the show group rate of $104 at the Hampton Inn if reserved by January 15th. We will have a shuttle between the 2 hotels at scheduled times in the morning and after the show. There are two Dancewear Expo shows for 2023. We invite you to attend our Virtual Show as a preview for the Baltimore ( In Person ) Show which follows one week later.Virtual Show – Introducing our Resource Center Live – January 29 – 30, 2023 On Demand – Thru April 30, 2023 Virtual Show dates are January 29 – 30, 2023. Show times will be from 12 noon to 8 pm EST both days. Exhibitors will be introducing their new lines with live and pre-recorded sessions. Live sessions will be presented at scheduled times and then recorded for future viewing. You and your team will be able to access all show content for 90 days ( until April 30th ) after the two day “kick off”. All exhibitors will have representatives on call to answer your questions and you will be able to book appointments with them during the live days of January 29-30th. Several of our exhibitors are preparing videos for our new Resource Center. We hope that you will share these videos with your staff. They will be about all aspects of our business. Some videos will be product specific, some will provide a general category overview, and some will offer business building tips. We will have more information to share closer to show time. Baltimore (In Person) Show February 4 – 6, 2023 Doubletree by Hilton (Pikesville, MD) Baltimore Show dates are February 4 – 6, 2023. We expanded the show to three full days to give you more flexibility with your scheduling. The show site has been changed to the Doubletree by Hilton in Pikesville, MD. The hotel is 20 minutes closer to BWI Airport and has been completely renovated in the last year. We think that you will be pleased with our new home. The show program and show specials will be emailed to all registered attendees in early January. We will be updating our site as the show comes together. The Early Show registration deadline is December 1, 2022. We are offering a 2/1 special ( $20 ) for two Virtual Show attendees from the same store. We are also offering free admission to the Virtual Show with each paid registration for the Baltimore Show ( $35 ) if booked by December 1, 2022. After December 1, the registration fee is $20 for the Virtual Show and $35 for the In Person Show. The show’s group rate for hotel reservation is $99 per night for all standard rooms booked by January 6, 2023.
