To all Dancewear Expo Participants:
The DoubleTree room block is sold out. There are rooms available at the show group rate of $104 at the Hampton Inn if reserved by January 15th. Please call the Hampton Inn (Owings Mill, MD – see Hotel Reservation Tab) directly at 410-654-2780 with group rate code “DWE”. We will have a shuttle between the 2 hotels at scheduled times in the morning and after the show.
We have arranged at a group rate, secondary hotel accommodations should the DoubleTree be booked out.
We have been able to get additional rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Owings Mills. This hotel is next door to the Hampton Inn. ( The Hampton Inn and Doubletree are sold out.) Our group rate of $104 is available until January 27th. Please call your reservation in and ask for the Dancewear Expo rate. DoubleTree by Hilton is offering all Atlantic Dance Retail Show participants a discounted group rate of $ 99.00 per night. The trade show itself will be within the hotel complex so it will be an easy commute from your room to the elevator to get to the show. Also convenient for a little break and rest by walking back to your on-site room.
